How much will delivery cost?

Delivery is on us if the value of your order exceeds S$200.00 (before tax). If your order is under S$200.00 (before tax) you will pay the delivery charge of $12.00 (before tax) upon check-out from your online shopping.

Do you have a guarantee?

If you are not happy with any product you receive from Kagoshima-Wagyu.sg or Kagoshima-Kurobuta.sg please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy any concerns you have. This may result in replacement of the product, or a credit to your account (excluding freighting costs). Unfortunately, three days after the dispatch of your product we are unable to replace or credit the goods. Can I order product as a gift for someone else?

Yes you can and it’s really easy to do. Simply order the product as you would for yourself, enter your own details in the billing address and the details of the person who is receiving the gift in the delivery details. If you would like us to include a card, just write your message in the notes box provided.

Where do I find recipes on the website?

Our consultant chef, Nakakita Yoshihiko of Chikuyotei Singapore has prepared, trialed and tested some exceptional recipes for you. You will find them under “Tips and Recipes”. Click here to access these and more easy to follow recipes that will have you performing like a master chef in your own kitchen.

Can I pick up my order?

Kagoshima-Wagyu.sg and Kagoshima-Kurobuta.sg is a specialist, online butchery, providing prompt delivery to your door, so there is currently no facility to pick up your order.

If I am not happy with my meat, will I get a refund?

We are absolutely confident that you will enjoy any meat you order from us. We work very hard to choose, prepare and deliver meat that is of top quality and absolutely fresh.

However, if for any reason you re not happy with your order, please let us know and you will receive a dining voucher of equal or greater value to your purchase. We are dedicated to ensuring that you always enjoy our quality produce.
