ORDER TODAY, DELIVER TOMORROW

We understand that enjoying quality meat with family and friends is a big decision and it is important to plan ahead especially with large groups. Order by 12noon today and have your order delivered to your stated address within your preferred timeslot the next day. You may also order up to 1 week in advance. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive on your mobile phone, a confirmation text with your order reference number, and order details.

  • Just pick one – On the day of delivery, you shall receive on your mobile phone a reminder text of your order reference number, delivery date and timeslot.
RE-DELIVERY SERVICE

In the best case scenario, your order is delivered to you without fuss. However, life is not always perfect. Should your recipient miss your delivery, you may simply contact us as soon as possible on +65-8200-1534 and we will find out how we can best assist in sending your order to you.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Simply text us at +65-8200-1534 or email us at orders@kagoshima-wagyu.sg at least 3 hours before the start of your chosen delivery timeslot. State your order reference number and intended delivery address.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We will waive delivery charges if the value of your total same-timeslot order exceeds S$200.00 (before tax).
If your order does not exceed $200.00 (before tax), $12.00 (before tax) delivery charge will be added to your total bill.

REAL-TIME PARCEL TRACKING SYSTEM

We will provide you with a reference number when you have made your purchase. If you wish to track the whereabouts of your parcel call +65-8200-1534 with your order reference number at hand.

COMPENSATION

In the odd situation that TA-Q-BIN should be found to have damaged your order, we will arrange for replacement in the next available delivery timeslot.
